The Cracking Veil Original Soundtrack Is Now Available on Spotify
The Eternal Darkness has found its voice.
The Cracking Veil Original Soundtrack is now available to stream on Spotify through the official Ebonreach artist page
Inspired by the characters, conflicts, and supernatural world of The Cracking Veil, this 13-track album carries listeners through the rain-dark streets of Ebonreach, the haunted depths of the Ebonweald, and the fractures forming between worlds. It is a story told through gothic metal, cinematic orchestration, sorrowful strings, thunderous percussion, distorted guitars, and the contrast of deep male vocals with haunting female voices.
At the center of the soundtrack is Elias Veylor, a vampire–fae hybrid born from forbidden magic. Some songs speak through Elias himself, while others reveal how Ebonreach’s queens, hunters, scholars, guardians, and creatures perceive him. To them, he is alternately an omen, a weapon, a mystery, a child, a king, and the possible salvation—or destruction—of the Veil.
The album begins with the city itself breathing like a chained beast. From there, it follows Elias’s awakening, the forces gathering around him, the bonds that shape his journey, and the final storm that earns him the name Veilbreaker. The sound grows alongside the story: brooding and atmospheric at first, increasingly fierce and emotional as prophecy turns into conflict.
