Ebonreach Shop Promoter Terms

These terms explain the Ebonreach Shop Promoters program operated through ebonreach.online. Questions or payout arrangements: skol@ebonreach.online.
Applying and approval
Use your Ebonreach shop account to apply and provide accurate public promotion channels. You must be able to enter an agreement and accept these terms. Each application is reviewed manually. Applying does not guarantee approval or earnings. Applications and referral earning are open. Only manually approved promoters can earn commissions on qualifying referrals while tracking is active.
Eligible products
Commissions apply to eligible merchandise and music sold through the Ebonreach shop: blankets, drinkware, hats, hoodies, posters, T-shirts, toys and music downloads. Amazon books, donations, games, subscriptions and other external purchases do not qualify. Book promotion through Amazon Associates is separate; Amazon controls its eligibility and payments.
Monthly item tiers

Tiers count items, not orders or sales dollars, and reset each calendar month in the website’s configured timezone. Three qualifying paid items count as three units. Paid orders in Processing or Completed status count, including during the payout hold. Free or fully refunded items do not count. Returned quantities reduce the count. A partial price refund without a returned quantity reduces the commission but retains the unit count.
The rate is saved at checkout using the tier already reached. An order that crosses a threshold keeps its original rate; higher rates apply to subsequent orders. Previous orders are not repriced when tiers change. Delayed payments count toward the month paid while keeping the checkout rate.
How referral credit works
Use your approved account’s unique referral link. The customer must accept referral tracking on the same browser before checkout. The most recent accepted promoter link can receive credit for up to 30 days. Declining or deleting the cookie, switching browsers or devices, or blocked tracking can prevent attribution. Self-purchases do not qualify. Approval and active tracking are required; sharing ordinary shop links does not identify you as a promoter.
Commission calculation and refunds
Commission is calculated on eligible product amounts after discounts, excluding tax, shipping and fees. Cancelled, failed, unpaid or fully refunded purchases earn no commission. Partial refunds reduce commissions. Unclear refund allocations or disputes may hold a balance for review. Refunds after payment create a negative balance that offsets future earnings. Commission records remain in each order’s currency, with no automatic currency conversion.
Monthly payouts
Ebonreach reviews and processes eligible payouts monthly. Commissions have a 30-day hold after the customer’s payment. A payable balance must reach the $25 minimum for USD payouts; the configured minimum is 25 units for any other order currency, calculated separately. Smaller or held balances carry forward. Refund adjustments and unresolved order issues are checked before payout.
Payments are sent manually outside the website plugin, using a payment method agreed with you. Contact skol@ebonreach.online to arrange your payout details securely. Do not put banking details, passwords or tax documents in the application’s public-channel field. Monthly review does not mean an automatic transfer on a particular date. You are responsible for taxes applicable to your earnings.
Honest promotion and disclosures
Clearly disclose that you earn a commission alongside each promotion or referral link, where people can see it before acting. For example: “I earn a commission if you purchase through this link.” For videos, make the disclosure clear in the video as well as relevant accompanying text. Follow applicable advertising rules and each platform’s policies. See the FTC’s disclosure guidance.
Use honest descriptions and only make claims you can support. Do not create fake reviews, promise earnings, send spam, impersonate Ebonreach, use forced redirects or hidden tracking, or manipulate purchases to earn commissions. Only use artwork and materials you have permission to share. Promoter status does not make you an employee or authorize you to make commitments for Ebonreach.
Account records and privacy
We store your application channels, account association, terms acceptance date and version fingerprint, referral commissions and payout records. New application alerts go to Ebonreach for review. Promoters cannot view customer identities through the promoter dashboard. See our privacy policy for contact and privacy information.
Pausing, leaving and changes
You may stop promoting and contact us to close your participation. Ebonreach may pause tracking or suspend accounts for suspected misuse while reviewing the facts. Valid earned balances remain subject to the refund hold and payout rules. Contact us about missing or disputed commissions so we can review the records.
Future changes will be published on this page. Rate changes apply to new orders; existing orders retain their saved rate and hold period, subject to refunds and corrections. Material changes will be communicated before they apply. You may stop participating if you do not accept new terms.
